Water, irrigation and energy:

The property has four deep wells. At present, the electric pumps have been removed while new CONAGUA water concessions are being processed. Previously, the wells were equipped with 60 HP pumps and supported approximately 200 hectares under irrigation, all of which were fully operational when the federal electricity subsidy was in place.

The irrigation infrastructure remains intact and functional. Once the CONAGUA registrations are completed and transferred to the current owner, the ranch will be eligible again for the CFE electricity subsidy.

Currently, a 20 HP solar powered pump is in operation, providing irrigation for the lime orchards and selected pasture areas.

Services and facilities:

The ranch includes a main owner’s house that has been recently renovated and features an air conditioned office.

There are additional operational buildings that support agricultural and livestock activities.
Electric service infrastructure is in place, pending subsidy reactivation.
