Five teams of carpenters worked on the house, the main one being Master Carpenter Don Andrés Velásquez, who set up his workshop there for five years. He hand-carved all the doors and windows of the house, as well as the furniture in both studios.

The ceiling of the main hall, its columns, as well as the hallway and the roof leading to the oratory, were the work of sculptor Rosendo López Montalvo, a master of fine arts and sculptor, a graduate of La Esmeralda, the country’s premier art school under the National Institute of Fine Arts (INBA). He also created the window grilles in the bedroom area, as well as the exterior wall sconces, all cast in bronze and made individually by the sculptor himself. Several teams of engineers, blacksmiths, and master masons worked with the owners to create the unique pieces that can be seen throughout the house.
