This 2nd floor beachfront condo has magnificent views of the Gulf Coast & The Progreso Pier. This Condo is completely furnished with 3 bedrooms and 2 baths and sleeps five. Additionally there are the maid’s quarters with another bedroom and bathrom ( no bed in this room) , swim in the private pool, only available for residents of the building.There is a caretaker on the premises in charge of daily cleaning common areas, pool and the beachfront in order to keep the beach clean. Parking is available for 2 vehicles but a car is not necessary because you are right on the bus route to town just 5 minutes away.
Progreso-Chicxulub is a very calm beach town and in this Condo complex there are mainly Canadians that come down to enjoy the warm weather and beaches.
