The third master bedroom is located in the strikingly modern casita. It overlooks the pool but can be screened off for privacy to enjoy the deep soaking tub and private courtyard garden.

The kitchen comes fully equipped with antique ten-seater dining table, dishwasher, microwave, espresso machine, high capacity fridge and freezer, heavy base saucepans, chef’s knives, salad and mixing bowls, and ample high quality flatware and tableware. A charcoal barbecue is also provided.

The entire house is furnished with antique, art deco, mid-century and custom made contemporary furniture.
