Comfortable beach front villa for a relaxing vacation, located in Uaymitun, less than 3 miles from Chicxulub (small town in the Yucatan coast) and 5 minutes from Progreso , where you can find grocery stores, supermarket, cinema, and whatever you might need. 40 minutes from Mérida, the capital city of Yucatán.

If you need public transportation it goes by right behind the house every 20 minutes toward Chicxulub, Progreso and Mérida. Having a car would be more comfortable.

The two storey house has four ample bedrooms for a large family or for a group of couples who would like to share. Each room has its own bathroom and closet, all have hooks for hammocks.

The house is situated on a large property with ample parking and privacy. It   has a terrace by the pool , off the living room , as well as in the second floor as a part of the master bedroom, where you can see the sunset.
